Daily we shop interest rates and discount points with over 50 lenders. This ensures we are able to offer you the best overall price on a large variety of products with numerous lenders. You are welcome to shop other lenders too! If you can find another lender who will provide you with a Good Faith Estimate, Truth in Lending form and a signed Commitment Letter showing a lower cost, bring them to us and we will either match or beat the other lender's offer. Obtaining these forms from the other lender will allow you to compare apples to apples!

If we are unable to do that, We will give you $100 for your time and you can take your business to the other lender. No matter what happens, you are assured of getting the best price for the best loan.
